Categorize transactions

Category Scan suggests categories. A rule remembers the ones you want repeated.

1. Step 1

   Open Transactions

   Go to Transactions on the business company. Uncategorized charges are the ones still waiting for a category.

2. Step 2

   Run Category Scan

   Click Category Scan. It suggests categories for the open charges. Review the suggestions before you trust a month of them.

3. Step 3

   Teach a rule

   When a vendor should always book the same way, tell the AI Bookkeeper: always book Speedway as fuel. New charges from that vendor follow the rule.

4. Step 4

   Ask instead of hunting

   On AI Bookkeeper you can say categorize this Costco charge as Groceries, or list uncategorized transactions.
