Privacy Policy

We store the account, company, bank, and bookkeeping data you connect so the product can categorize transactions and produce reports. Taxpayer IDs from W-9s are encrypted. We use processors that are required to run the product: Supabase (database and login), Stripe (billing and invoice payments), Plaid (bank connections), Resend (transactional email), and Anthropic (AI bookkeeper).

We do not sell your bookkeeping data. Email adam@bossbookkeeping.ai to ask what we store or to close an account.
