Terms of Service

Boss Bookkeeping is bookkeeping software. You stay responsible for your books, tax filings, and the accuracy of what you import. The $39/month software fee is billed by Stripe to the login, not to a company's Stripe Connect account. You can cancel in Stripe. Do not use the product for anything illegal. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.

Bank connections use Plaid. Invoice card payments use Stripe Connect and go to the company you connect. AI categorization is assistive — review it.
